Bio
Yvette and Monty Ysidro were born and raised on the outskirts of East Wichita. You may know them from their many years as restaurateurs, owners of Stearman Field bar and grill. The duo are Founders and owners of Specs eyewear, currently there are 8 locations. It would come as no surprise that their goal is to expand and have multiple MADabolic gyms. They are excited to be Wichita’s first strength based interval training concept.

Athletic Background
Yvette has an extensive athletic background which includes Wake Surfing, Volleyball, Basketball, Softball, and weightlifting. Softball was her first passion, for which she received multiple awards. As part of a weight lifting team, she went to state and placed.

Training Beliefs
I do believe in the saying, "if you don't use it you will loose it". You have to stay consistant to see results and results lead to success. Everyone should be Strength training, don't think you will "bulk up", that's not going to happen. You want to see results, step in and lets move some weight.

What You Love about MADabolic
I love that it is strength based interval training, there is nothing else in the industry like it. Love that you actually lift weight and build strength. Excited that MAD pushes you out of your comfort zone, some movements are movements you wouldn't do on your own. Everyday is a different feel, every workout is structured and has purpose.
