• Sell memberships and ride packages. Meet and exceed daily sales goals. 
• Manage the front desk and lobby area before and after classes.
• Provide high-level customer service to all members and guests
• Represent Full Psycle and its culture at all times.
• Greet members in a friendly, excited, caring manner.
• Be aware of and provide extra attention to all new clients.
• Perform daily duties to assure a pristine, sanitary studio for members to psycle in.
• Be a team player and work well with other members of the Full Psycle team, including other employees, instructors, and management.
• Assist and support instructors by providing them with anything they need before and after class- printing room sheets, setting members up, etc.
• Occasionally assist management with studio projects and special events.

Fully understands, embodies, and embraces the Full Psycle culture and represents it well inside and outside the studio. Full Psycle Instructors are the faces and personalities behind our brand. They are responsible for making the workout inviting, fun, exciting, challenging, and borderline addicting. Full Psycle Instructors must be charismatic, extroverted, in shape, good with and passionate about music, coordinated, able to connect with members in and out of class, technology savvy, and most importantly, a believer in Full Psycle and what we are all about.   
 
Responsibilities: 

• Consistently provide high-energy, well-planned, exciting classes to our members.
• Create a party-like environment by a) knowing how to use our professional lighting and sound systems, b) knowing how to select well-liked and upbeat music, and c) knowing how to encourage crowd participation.
• Create personal connections with our members before, during, and after classes.
• Be aware of and provide extra attention to all new clients.
• Be a team player and work well with other members of the Full Psycle team, including other instructors, front desk employees, and management.
• Occasionally attend special studio events. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Must be charismatic, outgoing, and positive.
• Must be likeable by people of different ages, gender, and personality types.
• Must be good with music selection.
• Must be coordinated and know how to hold a beat.
• Must take direction well.
• Must be technology savvy.
• Must be a team player. 
• Must be (or get) CPR & AED certified
