We met as undergrads at the University of Maryland (Go Terps!) We've both moved a lot, but settled in Atlanta 4 years ago and plan to never move again!

Athletic Background
John was captain of the varsity swim team at University of Maryland. He has regularly competed in triathlons and running races since college. Abby has had a lifelong passion for fitness with many running races and triathlons under her belt.

Training Beliefs 
What You Love about MADabolic : Abby loves the efficiency of the workouts so that she can stay in amazing shape despite her busy schedule as a mom and business owner. John loves how the workouts compliment his triathlon training to make him stronger.
